When we were small, we were involved in more outdoor activities. There was every kind of exposure in our lives. Outdoor playing in the sand, standing under the rain, enjoying outdoor games, playing with neighbourhood friends, making animals out of mud, observing caterpillars on lush green branches of Proteus, putting salt on the slugs, seeing it melt, arguing with friends, patching up, hugging and joining hands again. These activities make your brain more fertile and your immunity stronger. Our digestion was and is still at its best. Growth hormones get secreted in plenty to fight the oxidative process to keep our bone, muscle and brain health perfect. The biggest advantage was development of good bacteria in Gut, Brain & Skin. 
Today, children, teenagers, adults, middle aged groups all live a sedentary life. Sitting for long hours in front of desktop, laptops, mobiles and TV damages their brain, gut and skin health. Can be derived from almonds, lentils, seeds and nuts. Tyrosine helps in secreting Dopamine and Adrenaline. 
Dopamine: It motivates you to take initiative. It’s a feel good hormone.
Adrenaline: If it is less in body then you will not be able to respond to the sudden situations in life and will always be fatigued.

Can be derived from all fermented food like whole wheat bread, curd, buttermilk, idlis, dhoklas and fresh home-made pickles without colour & preservatives. Kefir stands higher chances like curd in converting ILA to IPA i.e. Indole Propionic Acid. All fermented foods are capable of this conversion. 
There are several chemical processes going on in our bodies. The free radicals are the bi-products of these chemical processes. ILA helps in producing more antioxidants which break down free radicals. Free Radicals are the biggest enemies of our body health. They damage cells and DNA & cause cancer. ILA produces antioxidants which keeps us young, safe and healthy. 
But eating all these foods for these 3 conversions is not the priority. Cutting the bad foods and habits from your diet as well as from lifestyle is more important.
