As in our last 4 blogs we learned about various health related points and their real significance in our life like- dietary guidelines for good gut health, skin microbiome, leaky gut and how to improve it. Therefore, in order to do justice with our earlier blogs we are here to add up some more additions which can help you drastically in achieving good health. The people who have gone through our earlier 4 consecutive blogs could only relate to the information regarding the diet chart for Psoriasis/Weight Loss/Gut Health and its do’s and don’ts. So we urge the ones who have not read out earlier blogs to please visit them in order to derive the maximum beneficial information as per the streaming. 

What You Should Do & What Shouldn’t To Avoid Weight Gain/Bad Gut Health/Psoriasis

Do’s 

  • Sleep at 10 p.m.
  • Wake up at 6 a.m.
  • Intermittent fasting, daily for 12 hours.
  • Consume 3 meals.
  • Fast once in 3 days for cellular cleansing in the body.
  • You can reward yourself with the desired meal+a ball of pudding once in a month if you have been disciplined in following the guidelines for 29 days. 
  • Eat slowly for better metabolism.
  • Quantity eaten should be less than your appetite and this applies to all meals.
  • You can eat 5 grams of butter everyday, it will be good for your health. 

Don’ts 

  • Avoid staying awake late at night as well as waking up late. 
  • Snacking →1 Meal ← Munching
    Count the meals accordingly.
  • Avoid recycled oil.
  • Avoid packaged/processed foods/beverages/snacks. 
  • No coffee after 12 p.m.
  • Avoid refined sugar, better to leave if possible and please do not substitute it with sugar-free tablets. 
  • Will never advise you to leave coffee/tea as they are energy drinks only when prepared in a healthy way.

Preparation:

Tea- milk without sugar or no sugar.
Coffee-milk with no sugar.

  • Avoid fried foods and sweets completely even for homemade ones.
  • Recycled oil is more harmful than smoking.
  • If you purchase packed snacks from the supermarket, try to avoid it if it indicates a very sophisticated name for Trans Fats i.e. “Partially Hydrogenated Fats.”

Morning

  • Oil swishing with almond oil. 
  • Drink lemon water with salt and walk for an hour.
  • Prepare Detox Drink (take 2 glasses of water, add 1 tablespoon of jeera and boil it till it becomes 1 glass solution.) Drink it when it’s lukewarm.
  • Eat 5 soaked almonds, 5 cashews, 2 walnuts and 5 raisins. 
  • Have 1 banana and one pomegranate. 
  • If you desire then you can have tea but after an hour. 

Breakfast Replacement

Home-Made Breakfast

Fermented foods, idli (sooji), dhokla (homemade), porridge, roti made of sprouts with very little flour.

Lunch
1 bowl brown rice (small), dal with good tadka (any except chana and urad),decent quantity of green vegetables cooked with good (tadka). After an hour, Paan Liqueur followed by roasted alsi and aniseed (sauf and flaxseed). Take Cruciferous food tablets (consult with your doctor before taking them).

Cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, beet top, turnip and radish. They have high content of iron, potassium, vitamin C & A and magnesium. They give a sense of fulfillment+detoxify the liver.
Can have 1 cup of tea if needed.
Ground Coriander-Grounded and roasted with 4 crystals of mishri. 

Dinner

2 small roti, chutney (mint, coriander, soya), lots of green vegetables, 4-5 tablespoons of cooked sprouts with heeng tadka. In place of sprouts you can also eat- 20-25 pcs of dry and roasted foxnuts/cooked green peas/2 soaked dry dates/10 pcs of poppy dry and roasted seeds with kishmish/ginger chutney and raita of banana & curd. 

Dinner Should Be Over By 8 P.M.

You can eat non-veg twice/once a week in lunch accompanied with brown rice, excluding dal for the day.
Take a Prebiotic followed by a probiotic for 1 month, after 1 month take only probiotic and do consult your doctor before taking it.
